Hi team,

I have issue regarding the excel format which need to make common format for monthly working on my payroll work. As mentioned my problem is have received the monthly payroll details on Txt. file, but my payroll checking format is excel sheet, have the convert the txt file in excel. But this file need to me according attached file 2 tab excel sheet work. Copy and paste in not worker for large number of data when have had to check.

Could you be able assist me on the reliable or convivence way to check this format.

Greetings. By following the steps below, you can easily convert your text data into perfect Excel format.
In order to begin, select your desired data from your text file and copy and paste it into Excel.

Once you have selected the first column of data, go to the Data tab, and select the Text to Columns option.

Then, from the Delimiters option, select the Tab and Space option.
Click on Next.

Then copy the range of cells and paste it another cells through paste with Transpose option.

Therefore, you will get the following output, which is similar to your attached file Tab 2 Excel worksheet. This is how, you can easily convert your whole text file into perfect Excel format.
