What I want for this formula to do/say/return is:
If D5 is greater than 0 and E5 is greater than or equal to 2, then return the % earned based on the Qty in E5 in 25% increments.
For example if the Qty in E5 is 2, that would equal 50%, 3 would equal 75%, etc.
The Potential Bonus (column D) is the number the % earned is from
So if they earned 2, which would be 50%, it's 50% of $2,983.47
If the 2 and statements are false, return 0%
