[Solved] auto-update data from one sheet to the next using XLOOKUP

Hi! I'm hoping someone can assist me. I have a spreadsheet my boss wants me to add XLOOKUP to. I'm unsure how to use XLOOKUP just yet, but basically, he wants us to be able to take new employee data from one sheet and auto update it into our cross-training matrix.
