[Solved] Distributing One Cell Numbers into Multiple Cells with equally

Hi
I need some help.
Am trying to distribute an incurring cost into multiple selecting cells.

For example,
Say i am having $30,000 incurring monthly expenses and would like to spread these expenses into my pricing items.
However, my pricing items may vary due to varying materials, equipment, labors, etc.
I wish to have a shortcut that would help me to divide or spread the $30,000 equally with the number cells that i selects.
Any pre-installed formula in excel that i could use?

Yes, you can utilize the following formula that can help you distribute the cost equally among the selected range of cells with varying pricing items in number each month. The steps to do it are:

• Initially, input the formula in C2 and press Enter.

=IF(COUNTBLANK(B2)=0, $A$2/SUMPRODUCT(--(B$2:B$9<>"")),0)​

• Afterward, copy the cell down using the AutoFill tools.

• Thus, you obtain your desired result using the pre-installed formula.
• Now, let's say 2 of the laborers are absent. In that case, delete their names from column B and the formula will adjust your expenditure accordingly.
