[Solved] Looking at a Column with multiple Occurrences of a Value, pulling a # value from each occurrence and adding them together

Good morning!

Hopefully my question makes sense but I've got two pictures below to assist.

Essentially the first image is in a sheet named 'WIP Tracker' (Blue one)
Second image is a 'OCT_TDR', its a report I can just print/paste into excel.

I am trying to take the Voyager Card ID in the F column of the WIP Tracker sheet, read down the D column of the 'OCT_TDR' sheet for each time that Card ID is shown and pull the J column of the 'OCT_TDR' then sum them all together.

So pretty much, Card ID 700251, read into the D column, it shows up say 3 times, for a charge of 20.00, 10.50 and 30.50. So it returns a 61.00 to the L column of the tracker page.

I know I can lookup for single values, but I can't figure out a way with any various lookup functions to pull multiple iterations of the Card ID and sum them up.
