Hello Koolrk

Welcome to ExcelDemy Forum. Thanks for reaching out and posting your problem. Based on three parameters, you wanted to fetch the VM% values from Sheet1 to the VM% sheet. The parameters are Source, P.O NUMBER and IG_DATE.

I am delighted to inform you that I have developed an Excel formula to achieve your goal using the IFERROR and FILTER functions.

Steps: Active the VM% sheet => Select cell C2 => Insert the following formula and hit Enter => Drag the Fill Handle icon to cell AG2 => Lastly, double click on the Fill Handle icon to copy the formula down.
=IFERROR(FILTER(Sheet1!$F$2:$F$584,(Sheet1!$A$2:$A$584='VM%'!$A2)*(Sheet1!$B$2:$B$584='VM%'!$B2)*(Sheet1!$C$2:$C$584='VM%'!C$1)),"")

Note: You can also use Named Range instead of using typical ranges.

I am attaching the solution workbook for better understanding. Hopefully, the formula will help you. Good luck!
